Have you ever found yourself walking down the street, feeling anxious, with your heart beating fast, and wondering if people are looking at you? Do you often find yourself slouching with your hands in your pockets because you lack confidence? It’s time to let you in on a secret: the overwhelming majority of people don’t care!

Instead of enjoying yourself and engaging with the world, you’re stuck in your mind all the time. Whatever the reason for your anxiety, it doesn’t matter. The opinions of strangers, people who don’t have anything better to do than judge you, or someone pointing out an insecurity of yours should not impact your self-worth.

If your mindset is “I’m just going to curl up in a ball so no one will hurt me,” people are going to realize you’re weak because your posture is already displaying that. You need to stand tall, chin up, chest out, and back straight.
